Back in the Studio

I'm finally back in the studio at Manhattan Youth, finishing up some summer projects.  It feels good to be back at the wheel.  I always come back from my time in Italy reinvigorated and ready to work.

From the top, finishing a large bowl, wedging some clay, throwing a cylinder.

Summer in Tuscany!

I know it has been some time since I last posted here.  Summer took me away to Italy where I was a ceramic assistant at La Meridiana International School of Ceramics in Tuscany.  Below are a few images from my time there.  Some pots have been saggar fired, others are naked raku.

Prospect Heights Craft Fair

April 25th was the annual Prospect Heights Craft Fair.  Vendors from all over NYC came out to support PS9!

Here I am setting up for the fair!

Working on this website, one piece at a time

Since starting this website on Monday I have tried every day to add a little bit more to it.  I know i need to focus my time and energy on developing this space and hopefully I will be able to do that soon.  I need to do a major photo shoot of my new work.  Right now most of my resources are going towards preparing for the PS 6 FALL CRAFT FAIR on OCT 25th, 11am-4pm!
