Shipping and Return Policy

All pieces are made individually by hand; therefore, color, size, and shape may vary slightly from piece to piece. Slight color and size differences do not warrant a return or exchange.

If you received pottery that has been damaged due to shipping (broken or damaged upon opening your package) please notify us using the contact page within 7 business days of receiving the items. We will follow up with an email requesting photos of damaged items including damaged packing materials if applicable. We will then be able to resolve the issue on a case by case basis.

We do not offer any returns or exchanges at this time. Please read all item descriptions before ordering. We are also happy to answer any item related questions via the contact form before a purchase is made.
